Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange. For returns, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label—the cost will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are complimentary, and we'll ship your new item once we receive the original. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, all shipping is on us.

How do I care for my play mat?

• Wipe spills right away: Clean up spills immediately with a dry cloth to prevent water damage.
• Clean with mild soap and water: For regular cleaning, use mild soap and water, then dry completely before use.
• Avoid harsh cleaners: Do not use abrasive or harsh detergents.
• Keep floors dry underneath: Ensure floors are fully dry before placing the mat back down to avoid trapping moisture.
• Clean before first use: Wipe down or wash your mat before using it for the first time.
• A note on heavy items: Extended use of heavy furniture or gym equipment may cause permanent indents.

Our mats are durable enough for daily family life, but they are not claw-proof. Sharp pet claws can puncture or scratch the foam surface. If your pets are active scratchers, we recommend keeping them off the mat to maintain the condition of the play mat.

We recommend using our mats on flat, firm surfaces such as hardwood, tile, or low-pile carpet and rugs. These surfaces provide the stability needed for the interlocking tiles to stay securely in place.

We do not recommend placing the mats on medium- or high-pile carpets, as the uneven surface can cause the tiles to shift or separate, creating gaps.

Yes, our play mats are safe for use with underfloor heating when paired with a felt pad underneath—similar to what you would use beneath carpets. This layer ensures that the heat does not damage the play mat or the flooring.
